Important: Applicants must be residing in their country of nationality (passport country) at the time of application. Applications submitted while residing in a different country are not eligible for the Israel eVisa-B2 through the official online system.

To obtain an Israeli culture & sports eVisa B2, the applicant is required to submit the following:
- Passport bio page scan
- Scanned copies of passports and travel documents held within the last 15 years
- Recently clicked photograph
- Round-trip flight ticket
- Health insurance document (valid in Israel)
- Accommodation proof in Israel
- Proof of sufficient funds (such as bank statements for the last 6 months, savings account statements, or a similar document).
- An invitation letter issued by the Israeli organisation, institution, club, or event organiser (specifying the purpose and duration of the visit)
